This policy sets out the basis on which we Belinda Coaten, will process any personal data we collect from you, or which you provide to us, in the course of using our site. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 Belinda Coaten is the data controller.

Belinda Coaten retains coaching notes in accordance with our coaching contract with you. All coaching notes are typically destroyed one month after the contract closes. All notes are subject to our confidentiality agreement with you, confirmed during our contracting arrangements. All materials subject to a NDA are either destroyed or returned to you at the end of a consulting or coaching project.

DATA STORAGE

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. We do not take payments on this site, only using a third party in the form of Paypal.

We take your privacy very seriously, and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, but please be aware that any data which you send to our site is sent at your own risk.  All data we hold is password protected and kept in secure, alarmed premises. No unauthorised person or organisation has access to this.

Belinda Coaten does not share any of your information with anyone else, without your permission.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

You have the right under the Data Protection Act to access the information which we hold about you. If you wish to exercise this right, please send your request to belinda{at)belindacoaten.co.uk in order to meet our costs in responding, we will charge you a fee of £10.
